did the same to us was on our way to florida to our bluegreen timeshare and called one of there so called hotels in north Carolina. found out the price was the same as any one else. Then when we wanted to cancel threatened to turn us in to credit burea. Little did we know was a giant scam and spent years trying to fix the credit they slashed and never did let us out of the contract, which was useless as it never worked or we could not use it. Very disappointed as they played into veterens working for them and Iwas one. Read more

Brought my vacation package in 2003, first two vacations to Vegas were booked with no problem. But every time I tried to book, I was told that I had not paid my annual fees. So I explained that no bill had been sent to me. So I had to pay for two years fees before I was able to book. The last time I used my vacation package in Florida, I booked six months in advance, again I was told that my fees had not been paid and I needed to pay before I could book. Ok I paid the fees, then I never heard back from them. I called once a week for five... Read more

I made the mistake of paying in full and paid dues for a year. When I tried to book a vacation at a resort in Hawaii I was told that the resort did not have any rooms available. I called the resort that VNI had advertised as one of their locations. The lady at the resort said she had rooms available on the date that I had requested. She also told me that she had never heard of VNI. I contacted the BBB, the Arizona Attorney General and the Georgia Attorney General. No one was interested in helping. So I assume that VNI was paying these people... Read more

My husband and I joined VNI in 2012 and we have only taken 1 vacation because VNI has not deliver on their promise. We gave them a year in advance (May 2014) to find us a nice breach front resort or condo in Texas for our vacation period Sept. 2015 and they did not deliver. The places that they recommended were outdated and had bad reviews. I set aside time and went directly to each of their resorts, condos, suites, and villas website to learned that most of them was unpleasant experiences/reviews; neither to say based on the photo... Vacation Network Inc was dishonest, scam and provided worst customer service even by its senior customer director and the reservation manager. Very unpleasant experience with them. Add comment

Every since purchasing our so called Vacation Network they have on a scale of 10 being the best and 1 less than provided service. Vacation Network gets a whopping 2 since being able to book only one vacation that was acceptable to us. Stop the bleeding. They still owe me 8 vacations, to no avail. always concerned about their dues, etc. Stop! Don't do it. Get a motel instead. It's dependable. Now they're wanting me to submit at least 100 words of dispare to be able to submit this to wherever it's going. What a scam/ hustle they have.... Read more

Do not get suckered into this vacation network. The first year I gave them 9 months to find a place to go skiing. I gave at least 3 dates. I finally had to call the "manager" to complain and wow, the very next day we got a place in Frisco. Non a ski mountain but close enough to ski the summit. This year, same thing. Absolutely nothing in the United States of America can they find for us to go skiing!! They keep trying to send us to Estes Park or Silver Creek...really! I'm done, and calling an attorney. We bought 17 vacations 2004. Our first experience was off season in New England, late May. We gave them the whole new England to work with and they did come up with a condo in New Hampshire. It was OK but certainly not the "Quality" they sold us on in the presentation. The second time, 2011, we asked for Cabo san Lucas. Not only did they deliver, but it was a 5 star resort and truly extraordinary. In 2012 we gave 9 months notice for 2 consecutive vacations in Europe; they did not deliver. Then we gave them 6 months notice for off... Read more

I joined VNI in 2003. Since joining we used about 4 vacations with them. None of them were ever at the places we requested. Well, that's just it...you cannot request a place. So what you have to do is request certain amenities that you wish to have and make sure the place you would like to stay at only offers those amenities. That is what we were told to do when we signed up with VNI. It NEVER, EVER works out that way. The way it works is you have to book six months in advance and VNI has 45 days to come up with something matching what you... Read more

Unfortunately my wife and I bought into the promise of beautiful and carefree vacations. We became members of VNI in 2002, and used it only a few times. We never had any problems and thought this was a good deal! But that was then and this is now! After not using it for several years, we try to use it this year. We offered our grandson a week for his honeymoon in August , and decided we would use a week in September for our own vacation. So I started the reservation process in April giving them a FULL five months to come up with a... Read more
