Iam going to make sure no one else gets scammed like a lot of us did . Iam posting there website and all these reviews on socal media like Facebook instagram and Twitter.
I better get my refund back like days ago . And someone better get back to me ASAP
I would give them a 0 if I have to put it all on a scale from 1-10 they would get a 0 from me
Poor customer service
They don't care about their customers, and they are not afraid to tell you they don't care. I would recommend using another company before booking with them.
If you have medical issues, don't rely on them to relocate you to another location. All they want your money and your annual fee each year.
I was explicitly told by management that they didn't send me a birthday card and that would not consider my medical condition to relocate my family in July. Unfortunately, I had a medical condition and was told not to go to Hawaii after the volcano eruption. However, when my family booked the trip, the volcano eruption hadn't occurred.
Therefore, I was hopeful that the company would help us with this situation, but they didn't and told me to do what I needed to do. The manager also told us it was my fault for not taking travelers insurance for 75.00 and did my research first.

THIS is a Scam
Got held hostage and was forced Into buying this crap .. Paid in advance for a cruise to the Bahamas ..
Had to travel 12 hours to Fort Lauderdale, where I was told that I would have to participate in a Time Share presentation for "90 minutes" , it lasted 5 hours .. Then when we didn't buy it, they made us go to another location 20 miles north of where we stayed the next day to the Vacation Network Office in order to get our boarding passes .. We had to sit through another presentation at Vacation Network for 3 hours .. If we hasn't agreed to purchase it, they weren't going to give us the boarding passes that we already paid $1500 for ..
They were going to stall us and make it so that we would be unable to get to the cruise ship on time ... Vacation Network was holding our boarding passes hostage .. Then we were then given only 3 days to cancel, but that would have been rather difficult, since we were still on the cruise three days later .. Then when we got to Orlando for the 2nd part of our trip, they also attempted to make us sit through another Time Share presentation at the motel check in and refused to give us the "free" theme park tickets that were promised if we didn't ..
Vacation Network says that they have nothing to do with the cruise line or the Time share people ... *** .. We haven't seen anything that is worth vacationing at that Vacation Network has offered since joining over 3 years ago, everything offered is off season leftover time slots .. I haven't even looked at the regular vacations, since they want the money up front with ZERO guarantee that you will be able to go where you want to go and when you want to go there ..
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM .. Not paying that yearly fee again, waste of time and money ..
YES they also do lie to you, I checked it out on several occasions for the facilities that they offer in excess inventory and none of them are rated higher then 3 stars .. They claim all of their vacation locations are 4 star or better ..
Just need out of this!!

I am going to look at getting out of it my self. YEARLY PAYMENTS CONTINUE TO GO UP WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD STAY THE SAME AS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I am not happy with it at all. Now I don't even bother to call it when I go on vacation.

VNI is a rip off
Like so many of their victims, I too am one in the tune of $10k with no way to get my money back. I posted around 3 years ago and still get calls from victims wanting to know if a class action suit has been filed.
I am not aware of one as of this date however, if there is a class action suit filed, I sure want in. We as a group are trying to find an attorney that is willing to do a class action suit against VNI but have been unsuccessful in finding one.
Please HELP US (This is VNI's Mission) Our goal at VNI is to enrich family's lives with our unique approach to travel services by providing value and benefits unequalled in our industry. This goal, coupled with our commitment to service, excellence, and customer relations, sets the standards for others in our industry to follow.

We went through the exact same scam in the exact same manner as you. I filed complaints in MD where I live,in FL where we paid almost $8000 for the ripoff, and GA where the corp HQ is located.
All was a waste of time. My credit card company was no help as well.
I would love to file a class action against the company if anyone knows a lawyer who thinks we can prevail. Personally, I think it falls under the RICO statute.
We got screwed over to. It's criminal it's a scam and they should be held accountable.
I’d join a class action lawsuit against VNI. Also ripped off
