IF you don't plan at least 18 months ahead, good luck. If you call, good luck getting an answer. If you email, it is as if your email went to their spam and they never saw it. Only, it is not just you. Website is not updated. Looked at a cruise deal, they are all from last year. Looked at flight packages. Again, from last year. Don't join.

Vacation Network - Harassing Phone calls
Vacation Network - Harassing Phone calls - Image 2
I have been paying on my vacation market network membership for years come to find out that I can not contact them at all regarding my membership, but if I late on any payment the company that handles the calling will make several harassing calls. When I informed their representative that I will pay at a later date and or stop calling. This company continues to make harassing calls if when you tell them not to. I was told that they can call as long as I'm late.

Customer Service is horrible due to lack of communication. They dont return phone calls. I have requested for resorts that is shown on their website than to be told by them that they dont even provide services in that city.

We bought into this and tried to use it. Nothing was available as they had promised. Tried to get a refund and did hours and hours of research only to find you have to go through your own state's attorney general's office. Expensive lesson. No refund and no product. Through your money out the door rather than buy into this company. At least you will have a slight breeze from the bills flying away.

We purchased this so called vacation package for 6,000.00. Tried to use it several times as did our daughter with no response. We are very unhappy with this company & tried to sue them to get our money back. But they had us ..... since we signed the contract & had 72 hours to cancel . We left on our cruise shortly after our presentation & couldn’t cancel because we were out to sea. What we did get was first class boarding on our ship with no waiting. But we paid dearly for that first class boarding. I would not recommend viewing or buying any of the deals vnivacations has to offer. It’s a LEGAL SCAM.... Buyers BEWARE!!!!!!

We went through the exact same scam in the exact same manner as you. I filed complaints in MD where I live,in FL where we paid almost $8000 for the ripoff, and GA where the corp HQ is located.

All was a waste of time. My credit card company was no help as well.

I would love to file a class action against the company if anyone knows a lawyer who thinks we can prevail. Personally, I think it falls under the RICO statute.

We got screwed over to. It's criminal it's a scam and they should be held accountable.

After multiple presentations, i fell for this one. they give you three days to change your mind, but they pitch this to you right before sending you on a three-day cruise...by the time you realize you've made a mistake, your three days are up! Sorry for your luck chuck! How is it is possible that we are still falling for these schemes and big dreams!!! Just very disappointed in myself, I knew better!

We bought our vacation membership thinking we would be getting a luxury vacation like theybtrll you. Nope it’s all a lie and they take there sweet time to book u and then try to put u in a cheap hotel. It’s not worth it at all. And better yet I wanted a refund of my $599 back because I book myself a vacation way better and faster. And it’s been over 11 days and my refund has not went back into my bank... why don’t they give me back my refund already... do not buy from these people. I think it’s a scam!

Poor customer service

They don't care about their customers, and they are not afraid to tell you they don't care. I would recommend using another company before booking with them.

If you have medical issues, don't rely on them to relocate you to another location. All they want your money and your annual fee each year.

I was explicitly told by management that they didn't send me a birthday card and that would not consider my medical condition to relocate my family in July. Unfortunately, I had a medical condition and was told not to go to Hawaii after the volcano eruption. However, when my family booked the trip, the volcano eruption hadn't occurred.

Therefore, I was hopeful that the company would help us with this situation, but they didn't and told me to do what I needed to do. The manager also told us it was my fault for not taking travelers insurance for 75.00 and did my research first.

THIS is a Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Got held hostage and was forced Into buying this crap .. Paid in advance for a cruise to the Bahamas ..

Had to travel 12 hours to Fort Lauderdale, where I was told that I would have to participate in a Time Share presentation for "90 minutes" , it lasted 5 hours .. Then when we didn't buy it, they made us go to another location 20 miles north of where we stayed the next day to the Vacation Network Office in order to get our boarding passes .. We had to sit through another presentation at Vacation Network for 3 hours .. If we hasn't agreed to purchase it, they weren't going to give us the boarding passes that we already paid $1500 for ..

They were going to stall us and make it so that we would be unable to get to the cruise ship on time ... Vacation Network was holding our boarding passes hostage .. Then we were then given only 3 days to cancel, but that would have been rather difficult, since we were still on the cruise three days later .. Then when we got to Orlando for the 2nd part of our trip, they also attempted to make us sit through another Time Share presentation at the motel check in and refused to give us the "free" theme park tickets that were promised if we didn't ..

Vacation Network says that they have nothing to do with the cruise line or the Time share people ... *** .. We haven't seen anything that is worth vacationing at that Vacation Network has offered since joining over 3 years ago, everything offered is off season leftover time slots .. I haven't even looked at the regular vacations, since they want the money up front with ZERO guarantee that you will be able to go where you want to go and when you want to go there ..

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM .. Not paying that yearly fee again, waste of time and money ..

YES they also do lie to you, I checked it out on several occasions for the facilities that they offer in excess inventory and none of them are rated higher then 3 stars .. They claim all of their vacation locations are 4 star or better ..

Scam, criminal vacation network

They do not book you with the 4-5 star hotels like they say they will, and there is nobody to talk to about anything. They lied and misrepresented their product. We never used them, American Express agreed with us that they were a scam and revered all charges for the service. They then come back and SUE you. The nice places are never available and most of two stars at best. They make you pay for a vacation and you never know what property you are going to until you pay all the money. It is a SCAM BEWARE of them and run

VACTION NET WORK

I got talked in to it and have never used it. Every time I tried it was cheaper to pay out right or they didnt have any thing available.

I am going to look at getting out of it my self. YEARLY PAYMENTS CONTINUE TO GO UP WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD STAY THE SAME AS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I am not happy with it at all. Now I don't even bother to call it when I go on vacation.

If any one knows how to get out it, please let me know. Can email nomeymoney@***.com.

Any help is appreciated. I think it is a scam too.

Yes I agree paid the whole thing, but the fees kept going up. We have never booked a vacation they them as it is near impossible to get a straight answer and God knows where you will end up...probably a 1-2 star flea bag hotel in a dangerous area. Angry I wasted thousands of dollars!!!

VNI is a rip off

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Like so many of their victims, I too am one in the tune of $10k with no way to get my money back. I posted around 3 years ago and still get calls from victims wanting to know if a class action suit has been filed.

I am not aware of one as of this date however, if there is a class action suit filed, I sure want in. We as a group are trying to find an attorney that is willing to do a class action suit against VNI but have been unsuccessful in finding one.

Please HELP US (This is VNI's Mission) Our goal at VNI is to enrich family's lives with our unique approach to travel services by providing value and benefits unequalled in our industry. This goal, coupled with our commitment to service, excellence, and customer relations, sets the standards for others in our industry to follow.

This is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

They never have any vacation inventory worth your time. Have tried multiple times and good places are never available. Every year they charge us some fee.

Now they say we owe them 2000 dollars. Would love to help with any class action lawsuit
